NAHSE Partnerships
The National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) has a partnership with Leadership U for Humanity and the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation to help end underrepresentation in healthcare and business leadership. We join the vision to develop one million diverse new leaders. Leadership U for Humanity is a leadership program developed to shift the tides of opportunity for talented, underrepresented groups in business. The goal of this program is to equip and elevate individuals with the skills to ignite leadership potential. NAHSE will work with the Foundation to identify high potential individuals and offer them the opportunity to embark on a journey of personal and professional leadership development.
The program has been expanded to serve two distinct experiences: Early to Mid- Career Professionals (4 – 15 years of experience and/or 3 – 7 years of leadership experience) and Mid-to Senior Career Professionals (15 – 30 years of experience and/or 7 – 15 years of leadership experience). The program content and additional criteria for acceptance remain the same but this expansion will serve professionals who are further along their career journey but not in a C-Suite or executive position.
